When you write to the tribe, I want you to know where the words go. They are for officers and for me. They are not for sale.
What the forms collect
The apply form asks for your character name, class and spec, an email or BattleTag, raid experience, availability, and a note.
The claim-invite form asks you to choose an invited name, give an email or BattleTag, and add a note.
The message form asks which officer you are writing, your email or BattleTag, and the message itself.
Where those words go
What you submit is emailed to the guild. An application is also stored on this site, where Cassanova, ChaoticZero, and I can read it on our own dashboards. We read what you send to answer you, weigh an application, or handle a claim.
We do not sell what you send. We do not trade it. A traveler's words stay with the tribe.
If you want a message deleted, write us through the message form and name the message to remove. We will delete the copy we can identify from what you send.
