We are building a stable core for progression: people who read the plan, bring consumables, and stay for the night they signed up for.
Attendance
Once raid nights are locked, we expect you to treat them as a commitment. Life happens. Say so early. Ghosting a raid or showing up unprepared burns seats other players could have filled. Recruits earn Raider by consistency as much as by parse.
Loot
High-level only until officers publish the exact system: main-spec first for the role you raid as, no side deals. Need before greed for the raid's progress. If a piece is contested, officers decide.
