Use of the site
You may read these pages. You may use the forms to apply, to claim an invited name, or to message an officer. That is the use I offer. Do not scrape the roster to harass the people on it, and do not pretend a page here is an official Blizzard notice. It is not.
Do not use this ground to harass anyone: players, officers, or visitors. Hostile, abusive, or threatening words have no place under this banner. I will see that such messages are ignored.

Applications and membership
The apply form, the claim-invite form, and the message form are requests. My officers and I decide what becomes of them. An application is not a guaranteed invite. Claiming an invited name is not a guaranteed seat. We may accept, decline, or later remove a member.
All players of the Hakkar server, Alliance and Horde, are called to stand together as Horde on World of Warcraft: Forever. You come under one banner. You do not come to rewrite the rules of the tribe from the gate. The Earth Mother measures a traveler by the life they can keep with the tribe. So do I.
